Responsibilities:
Responsible for visitor management.
Attendance Management.
Maintaining employee database/ files.
Utility bills. Vendor Management for stationary, I Cards etc.
Managing housekeeping & other service providers.
Courier coordination.
Coordinating with respective departments.
Organizing monthly celebrations, employee engagement activities.
Managing conference/ meetings rooms.
Assisting HR department.
Requirements:
Any Graduate Good Communication skills Presentable Able to co-ordinate with all the departments efficiently Multi-Tasker
