Roles and responsibilities -
● End to end point of contact for parents from enquiry, admission process, schooling years and pass out.
● Providing detailed information about the school and educating them about school offerings and programs. Arranging campus tours and conducting information sessions for prospective admissions.
● Addressing parents grievances, issues if any by extending best possible support from school’s end.
● Planning and organizing parent engagement programs for the existing parent and ensure parents satisfaction through relationship building.
● Admission lead generation through marketing initiatives, collaborations with playschools, corporates etc and converting them through counselling.
● Organizing events and representing school at promotional activities and events.
● Maintaining complete student records, data as per government regulations and affiliation norms.
● Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
● Staying updated with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, and developments in education and financial aid in the city.
● Developing and maintaining an active alumni network to plan events, help students find opportunities in their fields.
Requirements -
● Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred.
● Graduation/ Post graduation degree. Marketing preferred.
● Minimum 3 years experience in admissions counseling in reputed schools
● Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong planning and people reading skills
● Ability to multitask, and stay organized. Should take ownership and lead the projects.
● Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions
