Job Description
This is an exciting position where you will proactively market and sell a range of wood working machinery such as wide hydraulic cold press, edge banders, panel saws, multi boring, duct collector, vacuum press and CNC machinery.
This is an ideal role for a sales person with technical sales and fabrication background as you will be selling to this industry.
As one of our sales team members, you will be calling on business owners & private individuals, consulting with them to select the best woodworking machines, tools, and accessories that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Along with sales take responsibility for collection of your assigned territory
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Ensure timely preparation and reporting of all the sales related MIS.
• Searching for new leads maximizing client potential in designated regions, new customer’s development. Planning for visit
• Build long – term trusting relationships with clients.
• Cold Calling potential customers and building relationships.
Preferred Skill: Relevant Exp (Machinery sales, Technical sales, Engineering Product sales) Any Engineering or technical qualification / MBA in Marketing Excellent phone and communication skills Excellent Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
Candidate must be ready to travel as and when required
