Job Description

Designation: Business Development Executive

Job Type: Permanent Job

Desired Experience: Minimum 3 months to 2 years in sales or calling; freshers with excellent academic records are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification: Graduate/Under Graduate.

Job Location: Delhi - Karol Bagh, Near Metro Station

Working Mode: Work From Office

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls to promote and sell Dome Tent House products.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
