- Experience in IT Recruitment and recruitment Process.
- Understanding of object-oriented goals for the growth of the organization.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
- Good understanding of HRMS Portal & Payroll Management System.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & and development initiatives.
- Creating employee engagement initiatives for the motivation of the employees.
- Branding and promotion for Creating marketing strategies.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
