Job Description

Notice Period – immediate or max can join in 2 week

Designation: Automation QA Engineer

Desired experience:  3 - 7 years

Qualification:BE/ B Tech/ M Tech/ MCA /BSC/ MSC and equivalent.

Salary: Good hike on current CTC

Job location:Sector 125, Noida

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Required Skills:  Cucumber, C#, Java, API (mandatory)

Banking Experience (Preferred)

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards, identifying and resolving problems, determining system improvements and implements change
  • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring services
  • At the outset of the project, test leaders, in collaboration with the other stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans
  • They recognize when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, they plan the effort, select the tools. They may consult with other groups – e.g., programmers – to help them with their testing
  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • They ensure proper configuration management of the tests were produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis
  • The developer need to understand the team goals and perform the development activities as agreed
  • The development artefacts produced should be of high quality both in terms of coding standards and functional deliveries
  • Should be always available with the team to ensure the team goals are met

 Area Of Expertise

  • Cucumber, C#/Java , API and banking experience preferred.
  • Automation - Selenium and Appium
  • Specflow for RBDD
  • Web based testing
  • Middle-ware testing using SOAP-UI or any other tool
  • Should have knowledge on any test management tool
  • Knowledge of Testing framework - Nunit is a plus
  • Manual Testing
  • Knowledge of Java / Selenium / SQL (data analysis) skills
  • 3rd Party Integration Testing (preferred)
  • Experience with Regression Testing
