Designation: Office Coordinator

Desired experience: 2 - 4 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: Negotiable

Job Location: Delhi - Dwarka Sec 19

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Timing – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Requirements:

The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the organization by providing essential administrative support and overseeing supply management.

This role will work closely with various departments to assist in scheduling, vendor management, and customer service to ensure a smooth and productive office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support

    • Provide general administrative assistance to staff and management, including answering phones, routing messages, and managing correspondence.
    • Coordinate with departments to assist in completing projects and tasks efficiently.
    • Prepare and organize office documents, and reports as required.
  2. Scheduling & Coordination

    • Manage the office calendar and assist with scheduling meetings, events, and appointments.
    • Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and equipped.
    • Support travel arrangements and itinerary planning for team members when necessary.
  3. Office & Supply Management

    • Oversee the inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
    • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  4. Vendor & Facility Relations

    • Serve as the point of contact for vendors and service providers, managing relationships and contracts.
    • Handle vendor negotiations, monitor performance, and address any service-related issues promptly.
    • Assist with facilities management, including coordinating repairs and maintenance requests.
  5. Customer Service & Front Desk Management

    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are properly directed within the office.
    • Provide information and support to clients and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining a positive impression of the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
