Job Requirements
Manage day-to-day activities of multiple, concurrent software development projects sprints.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate engineering resources amongst active projects.
Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Preparing detailed project plans and regular project status reports
Planning and allocation of resources
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed for the project change
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
Identifying and mitigating potential risks
Communicating with the stakeholders to keep the project aligned with their goals. May need to interface with product management and direct customer engagements.
Facilitating feature breakdown sessions, task estimations, sprint planning, setting up JIRA boards, and burn-down charts.
Facilitating project dashboards and release overview dashboards to enable streamlined reporting, tracking and project updates on a consistent basis.
Coordinate and facilitate teams in presenting project status to senior management in review sessions.
Identify high-risk tasks or issues and drive to resolution in a timely manner.
Create, gather, and maintain all project and release documentation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and meeting agreed objectives.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, document and report retrospective.
This role requires a strong foundation and hands-on expertise in development environments based on Agile and CI/ CD methodologies
Must have a data-centric approach to SW quality tracking, monitoring, and enhancements.
Must be a champion of test-driven development and automation
Experience with process improvement
An excellent communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
A team player and an effective leader who is able to motivate their project team
Ability to drive change in a technical work environment
Solid understanding of the current web and database technologies and general ability to ramp up and go deep into based on need
Relates well to a variety of diverse work styles and treat team members fairly and equitably
Flexible and able to change approach when necessary to deliver results.
Must have the ability to assess situations and take corrective actions and adjustments to approach and style to complete tasks.
Able to think ahead and anticipate issues.
