You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
Write and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and career pages.
Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
Manage the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
