Essential Requirement:
Candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience in Corporate KYC operations.
Should have strong knowledge of KYC regulation.
Can handle a Team of Operations and Customer care.
The candidate would be responsible for resolving customer / agent queries / service request / complaints, as per international quality benchmarks
Good knowledge of Excel, MS-Office, Mis, Advanced excel etc.
Good to have Email & Chat experience.
