Position: Laboratory Coordinator - Tech Support Roles

Location: Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi - 110002, Near ITO Metro Station

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Department: Government Testing Labs

Employment Type: Full Time

Skills: LAN, computer hardware, software, and networking, troubleshooting connectivity issues

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Support Engineer to manage coordination between the software team, lab heads, and lab assistants to ensure smooth operations in the laboratory. The role involves assisting in resolving technical issues, ensuring network connectivity for lab equipment, and preparing monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a primary point of contact between the software team, lab heads, and lab assistants for any technical concerns.
Regularly check network cables and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure that all lab equipment is properly connected to the software.
Assist in resolving basic technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking, coordinating with the software team for major concerns.
Maintain monthly reports on system performance, technical issues, and solutions provided.
Keep detailed records of equipment connections, technical issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)for preparing reports and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: ITI/Diploma/Any Graduate

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.

Understanding of LAN, network configurations, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Handling minor technical issues related to software and system connectivity.

Soft Skills:

Good communication and coordination abilities.

Problem-solving attitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to work effectively with different teams in the lab.

Languages:

Hindi, English, and Local Language.

Experience:

0 - 2 yearsof experience in IT support, networking, coordination.
