Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential students and their parents, providing information about our career counseling services and encouraging participation. This position offers a hybrid work mode, combining remote and in-office work, and includes a fixed salary with attractive incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students using provided leads and data.
Invite students and parents for career counseling sessions.
Provide detailed information about our services and address any inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities.
Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and motivate potential clients.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling calls.
Previous experience in telecalling or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory.
