Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard manpower agencies meeting company standards.
Evaluate vendor performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Foster strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing requirements.
Requirements:
2 - 5 years of proven experience in vendor management within the IT industry.
Proficiency in evaluating and selecting suitable manpower agencies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
