Job Description

Note: Must have strong exp in Instructional Designing

Notice Period – immediate or max can join in 2 week

Designation: Instructional Designer

Desired experience: 1– 2 years in Instructional Designing

Qualification: Any Graduate.

Salary: Good hike on current CTC

Job location: Gurgaon

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Essential Skills

Mandatory requirements

  1. Should have worked in an eLearning environment for at least 1 years (Corporate training / K12)
  1. Should have good grounding in ID principles (blooms level, Kolbs etc)
  1. Should be able to create neat storyboards from raw content and structure provided using ID theories
  1. Should be able to communicate in English effectively

 

Other requirements:

  1. Should know how to use word and PPT
  1. Client handling experience is a plus
  1. Should have working knowledge of sound / video editing software
  1. Should be willing to work overtime
  1. Should be keen to learn
  1. Should be passionate about e- learning

Soft skill:

  • Good communication (Verbal/Written), Responsibility taking and Learning attitude.
